Spring Renewal Day Retreat with Briya and Satyam

 

 

 

 

 

Spring is a turning point in our year, a powerful juncture to work with the energies of balance, purification and renewal.

 

 

It is also a time of year where we feel a natural urge to let go of stagnant winter energies, move in new directions and take extra care of our energy and vitality.

 

This full day immersion welcomes you home to your body and into the spring season through an introduction to spring self-care with Ayurveda.

 

 

This will be a fun, gentle, and self-nurturing day and will include: 

  • a 1 day immersion in nature at the beautiful Pure Lotus Wellness Retreat Centre

  • an introduction to Ayurvedic self-care for spring balance and renewal

  • a practical exploration of self-care for spring including principles of natural detoxification, diet and herbalism

  • a delicious, nutritious Ayurveda-inspired vegetarian meal

  • opportunities for contemplation and community connection

  • a guided relaxation practice including music, gentle movement and breathwork

  • spiritual wisdom to balance body, mind and emotions

You'll leave feeling refreshed, renewed and inspired!

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old system of natural healing from Ancient India. Known as the 'sister science' of yoga, it uses a combination of self-care, lifestyle practices, herbalism and natural nutrition to support natural healing, harmony and balance.

Satyam is a gifted holistic teacher and the founder of Satyam Holistic Wellness. As a guide to others, she is known for her incredible insights, her intuition and her genuinely caring nature, as well as her practical experience in the healing arts and sciences.
