Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old system of natural healing from Ancient India. Known as the 'sister science' of yoga, it uses a combination of self-care, lifestyle practices, herbalism and natural nutrition to help balance the body-mind, prevent illness and restore our natural state of balance. It is a system that is fun, intuitive, logical, time-tested and based on the wisdom of nature.
