Booking & Cancellation Policies

 Prepayment is required for all bookings and is Non-Refundable.

You may reschedule your pre-paid/non-refundable appointment one time.

You may transfer your appointment to a friend/family for same value. 

All No Shows will not be eligible for Refunds, Reschedules or Transfers

Special Guest practitioners collect their own fees, and payment is not directed to Pure Lotus.

We do accept E-TRANSFER bookings. Please contact us at info@pure-lotus.ca to book directly. 

Gift Certificates only apply to Services/Workshops/Classes offered by Carrie-Leigh Bartlett. 

Online Payments will have an additional 2.9% Service Fee.

When registering for a Workshop or Program full pre-payment of the workshop fee is required to save your spot. 

This Pre-Payment is Non-Refundable. 

You may reschedule your workshop spot one time, or transfer it to another person for same value. 

No Shows will not be entitled to Refunds, Reschedules or Transfers

Full refunds will be provided for any workshop that does not run as scheduled due to house cancellation

When registering for a Certification Class such as Reiki or IET, a non-refundable deposit will be taken, and an invoice sent separately. Credit Card (2.9% fee), PayPal and E-Transfers to info@pure-lotus.ca are accepted. The balance of the class will be due 5 days prior to first day of class. 

100% Cancellation & No Show Fee. If you cancel within 72 hours or do not show, 100% of the fee will be non-refundable. Please contact us at info@pure-lotus.ca to advise us ahead of time. 

Full refunds (including deposit) will be provided for any Certification Class that has been cancelled for house reasons.
