Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policies Terms and Conditions All sessions are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Only one appointment slot per person Appointment slots can be gifted or transferred to another person providing any monetary compensation does not exceed the dollar amount paid by you at the time of booking. If you attempt to gain a profit by selling an appointment slot for an amount greater than what you had paid at the time of booking, your appointment slot will be permanently canceled and no refund will be provided. Session payments will be billed as Pure Lotus Wellness Retreat/Carrie-Leigh Stockwell on your credit card invoice. Please contact us at info@pure-lotus.ca to Pay by Etransfer Gift Certificates only apply to Services/Workshops/Classes offered by Carrie-Leigh Stockwell.
