Two Paths, Four Pillars, One Purpose: The Heart of Pure Lotus Wellness

My mission is to offer compassionate, trauma-informed support that helps people navigate stress, reconnect with themselves, and explore healing through the body, emotions, energy, and spirit.

The world can feel intense. Between personal struggles, family responsibilities, uncertainty, and the constant demands of everyday life, it can be difficult to find space to breathe, or even recognize what we need.

Pure Lotus Wellness is my response to that need:

A place to pause, feel supported, and begin finding your way back to yourself.

I’m Carrie-Leigh Bartlett, and my work brings together my training, years of teaching and practice, and my own lived experience of healing. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for support. My intention is to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your experiences, beliefs, boundaries, and pace.

Two Paths to Meet You Where You Are

Trauma Recovery & Stress Management

This path is for those feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or affected by experiences that continue to shape daily life.

Through trauma-informed coaching, somatic practices, inner child exploration, and optional energetic support, I help you explore your feelings, recognize patterns, develop boundaries, and discover practices that support greater steadiness and self-trust.

My mission is to help you understand yourself with more compassion and build practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. Your comfort, choices, and readiness guide our work together.

Spiritual Healing & Guidance

This path is for those seeking spiritual connection, energetic support, personal meaning, or space to explore their intuition.

Through practices such as Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, meditation, and psychic medium guidance, I offer opportunities for reflection, spiritual exploration, and reconnection with what feels meaningful to you.

My mission is to support your spiritual journey while honouring your discernment and your freedom to find your own meaning.

You may feel drawn to one path, or find that both speak to you. Spiritual practices are available to those who welcome them; you do not need a particular belief system to receive support at Pure Lotus.

The Four Pillars of My Work

1. Somatic & Nervous System Wellness

Creating space to listen to your body.

Stress can be felt in our breathing, tension, restlessness, and sense of overwhelm. Through gentle body awareness, grounding, movement, and meditation, this pillar invites you to notice your experience and explore what helps you feel more settled and present.

2. Energetic Healing

Making room for rest, reflection, and spiritual connection.

Energetic practices are an important part of my work. Offered with intention and consent, these sessions create space to receive care, slow down, and explore your experience through an energetic or spiritual lens.

3. Trauma-Informed Coaching

Finding understanding, choice, and a way forward.

Coaching offers space to explore emotions, beliefs, relationship patterns, boundaries, and the changes you want to make. Together, we work toward meaningful steps that honour your circumstances and strengthen your trust in yourself.

4. Inner Child Healing

Meeting younger parts of yourself with compassion.

This pillar invites you to explore the needs, feelings, and learned patterns you may carry from childhood. Through reflection and gentle practices, we make room for reassurance, self-expression, play, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

My Commitment to You

You deserve to be heard, to have your boundaries respected, and to take an active role in your own healing.

I will honour your pace, explain the practices we explore, and welcome your questions. My work offers coaching and complementary wellness support, alongside professional mental health or medical care when needed.

At the heart of Pure Lotus Wellness is a simple intention:

to help you feel more connected to yourself, more supported through life’s challenges, and more able to move forward in a way that feels true to you.

A Moment for Reflection

  • What kind of support am I seeking at this point in my life?

  • Which of the four pillars feels most relevant to me today?

  • What would coming back to myself look like in everyday life?
