CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES

 

Stand Alone Appointments: 

We have a 24 Hour Cancellation/ No Show Policy. If the cancellation occurs within 24 Hours of the Time & Date of the Appointment,  a 100% Cancellation Fee will Apply. This also applies to No Show Appointments.

 No cancellation fee applies if prior to the 24 hours. 

 

Private Retreat Bookings:

We require a Non-Refundable  25% of the days events upon booking (Refundable if cancelled due to Weather). The balance of 75% will be paid the day of.

Appointment with Visiting Practitioners:
Visiting Practitioners are to be paid directly. Gift Certificates for Pure Lotus do not apply to Special Events or Visiting Practitioners as they are not employees of Pure Lotus.
