combines the peaceful head massage and energy work to help reduce anxiety, stress and relieve physical tension.
Carrie-Leigh has created this new session by using a dry or semi-dry (light application of herbal oils) scalp massage, releasing tension and energy from the Ayurvedic Marmas (energy points) of the face, scalp, neck and shoulders, and finishing the session with energy work that grounds the central nervous system and reconnecting you to Earth energy. This session is done fully clothed (not a body massage), and creates a deep calming impact on your Mind, Body & Spirit.

Reiki Sessions
Healing the Mind, Body & Soul
Reiki is an energy healing technique using the universal life force energy that is found in all things, to help work with you and your own energy. This energy is within us all, and due to stress, toxins and dis-ease in the body, this energy can become out of balanced and stagnant. Through the practitioner's stationary hand placements on or above the body, this life force energy triggers our Parasympathetic Nervous System. This is our 'Rest and Repair' state that our bodies are meant to go through during restful sleep. The Parasympathetic Nervous System allows our body to do what they are meant to, which is heal itself. However, due to everyday stresses, we rarely enter into this state during sleep. It is said that a 1-hour Reiki session is equivalent to sleeping 4 hours in "Rest and Repair".

During a 1-hour session of Reiki, the client is fully clothed (get comfy in some yoga or loose fitting attire), on a Reiki/massage table. Once you are comfortable on the table, the practitioner will use a light touch or hovering technique of the hands around the clients head, neck, torso, legs and feet. Reiki is intuitive, and the practitioner may feel one area is in need of more work than others.
Every client and every practitioner experiences the energy session differently, and may experience it in various ways. Some may feel tingling or buzzing of their body, a warmth or sensation of heat, and/or coolness. Most of all, you will experience peace, and a sense of calm within yourself. Reiki is about love and light, and the energy will always work for your highest good and healing. Remember, our main goal is to allow you to realize your own healing potential!

Enigma Session

The Engima Session is an Intuitively led treatment that may include a combination of Reiki, IET, and Spiritually Guided Energy such as Angelic and Sacred Geometry.
Many who book appointments are not quite sure exactly what they are needing, so the Enigma Session is trust between yourself and Carrie as a practitioner. She will sit down with you and have a discussion of what you are looking to achieve out of your appointment, and life, and then will proceed with the best plan going forward with a combination of techniques.

During this time you may feel energized, light, focused, tired, unsettled, or somehow have a sense of being in transition. Drumming Sessions

The sound waves of the drum (Sonotherapy) has the ability to impart its energy through the human body making it vibrate in resonance. We live in a vibrational Universe and we are all vibrational beings who's cells and organs all pulsate to a particular frequency. When we hear and feel the vibration of the drum through our flesh our brainwaves, muscles, and chakras begin to vibrate in response.

The drum pushes the energy waves through the body. Resonance travels through the skin, soft tissue, through the organs into the bones and every cell of the body. All cells emit frequencies. The drum naturally helps to bring us back into a state of balance and well being.
