Focus on your breath. Inhale deeply for 5 counts, hold for 5 counts, and exhale slowly for 6 counts. This can help calm the body and mind.


3. Body Scan:

Slowly move your awareness through your body from head to toe, noticing any tension or discomfort. This practice helps you reconnect with your physical presence and release stress.



By grounding yourself, you shift your focus away from the turmoil and back to your own internal space, helping you process your emotions with more clarity and stability.
